A Room That's Actually Yours

✦

The Party House is its own building, connected to the patio and recently renovated. Because it sits apart from the main tavern, your event stays private — no shared bar, no wandering crowd, no shouting over a band you didn't book.

It comfortably holds 30 to 40 people and comes with a full-service bar. Birthdays, reunions, rehearsal dinners, retirements, league nights, wakes that turn into celebrations — it has hosted all of them, in a building that's been watching the Oregon District since 1839.

30–40

Guests

Comfortable for a group this size — big enough to feel like an event, small enough to still talk to everyone.

✦

Private Building

A separate, recently renovated space off the patio. Distinct from the main tavern, so your event stays yours.

🍸

Full-Service Bar

The same bar the tavern runs on — bottled beer, local spirits, cocktails and wine, poured for your group.
